- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Not happy with the service received with this company. Went here to verify that I was completing my taxes properly through Turbo Tax and found the person completing my taxes just as lost as myself. They just did what the computer said. They were not familiar with rail road taxes and made me feel uncomfortable. When they finally finished, the numbers were the same as I came up with in TurboTax minus the 400 dollars charged in fees. This is my last time at any H&R Block.By KEVIN HUDSON, February 04, 2017
