- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆When I went to go close my account, the teller wanted to know why. Not just to gather information of if they can make any improvements or whatever, nope. She just kept on prying and guessing. I don't have to tell you why I want to close my account. I thought she was rude and inconsiderate and this overall experience made me uncomfortable. (Word of advice to the teller: when a customer does not wish to tell you why they want to close their account after you asked them the first time; DO NOT keep asking them why they want to close the account. Their answer was clear when they didn't want to answer the first time.) My experiences before I met this teller were great. The bank was very helpful and some of the tellers were pleasant.
